GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Constantine

Postsecondary Tuition Rates [SPSC]; Requires an additional payment for credit hours exceeding the requirements for completing a baccalaureate degree program. Provides exceptions. Requires notice upon a student's initial enrollment in a state university or community college.
