SB 2608: Public School Student Progression [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Justice

Public School Student Progression [SPSC]; Requires student proficiency in additional subjects. Provides a process by which the retention of a student for a reading deficiency may be appealed. Provides for exemption from mandatory retention through successful appeal. Specifies circumstances recognized as justification for granting an appeal. Provides for reporting.
