Medicaid Buy-in Program/Persons with Disabilities [SPSC]; Requires the Secretary of Health Care Administration, the Secretary of Children and Family Services, the Executive Director of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and the Director of the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to convene a workgroup to plan for a Medicaid Buy-in Program for Persons with Disabilities. Requires a report to the Legislature.
