Paid Petition Circulators; Provides registration & training requirements for paid petition circulators; prohibits compensation to those not properly registered; provides circumstances under which registration & initiative petitions become invalid; establishes procedures for signing replacement initiative petitions; prohibits registration for individuals with certain criminal offenses; requires possession of evidence of registration, etc.
