CS/CS/SB 622: Community College Student Fees [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Higher Education Appropriations ; Oelrich
Community College Student Fees [SPSC]; Authorizes community college boards of trustees to establish a transportation access fee. Limits the amount of the fee. Provides a timeframe for a fee increase and implementation of an increase. Prohibits the inclusion of the fee in calculating the amount a student receives under Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program awards.
