PROPOSED BILL by Children, Families, and Elder Affairs
OGSR/Insurance Claim Data Exchange Information; Amends a provision relating to a public-records exemption for insurance claim data exchange information. Saves the exemption from repeal under the Open Government Sunset Review Act. Deletes provisions providing for repeal of the exemption.
