GENERAL BILL by Policy and Steering Committee on Ways and Means ; Regulated Industries ; Jones ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) King

Gaming [CPSC]; Authorizes electronic gaming machines in certain pari-mutuel facilities and authorizes the Div. of Pari-mutuel Wagering to issue licenses for electronic gaming. Prohibits persons who are younger than 18 years of age from playing electronic gaming machines. Provides for the additional tax that a municipality may access for live racing to apply to additional specified games. Specifies requirements for historical racing systems, etc. APPROPRIATION: $9,718,220.
