GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Agriculture ; Dean

Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services [EPSC]; Revises terminology to modify requirements for supervision provided by certified operators in charge of pest control businesses. Requires minimum food safety standards for producing, harvesting, packing, and repacking tomatoes. Requires the DOACS to maintain certain records relating to marketing orders. Revises standards that a winery must meet to qualify as a certified Florida Farm Winery, etc.
