Public Officers and Employees Group Insurance; Requires school districts to procure specified insurance through purchasing interlocal agreement; requires school districts to enter into interlocal agreement to establish School Districts Insurance Consortium for specified purposes; authorizes individual school districts to opt out of consortium; authorizes consortium to advertise for competitive bids for specified types of insurance, etc.
