CS/SB 1148: Postsecondary Student Fees [SPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Rich ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wilson

Postsecondary Student Fees [SPSC]; Clarifies an exemption from fee requirements provided for a student who is or was at the time he or she reached 18 years of age in the custody of a relative under the Relative Caregiver Program or who was adopted from the DCFS after a specified date. Provides that the exemption remains valid for 4 years after the date of graduation from high school, etc.
