SB 1264: International Banking Corporations [WPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Richter

International Banking Corporations [WPSC]; Expands application of state banking laws to include certain international banking corporations. Prohibits construction to authorize international banking corporation or trust companies to conduct trust business under certain circumstances. Expands criteria under which the Office of Financial Regulation may take possession of certain business and property of certain international banking corporations, etc.
