SB 128: Beach Safety [EPSC]

Beach Safety [EPSC]; Expands the beach safety program administered by the Department of Environmental Protection to apply to all beaches. Specifies how department funds for promoting the use of beach warning flags are to be dispersed. Provides enhanced penalties for an assault or battery on an ocean lifeguard while he or she is engaged in the lawful performance of his or her duties, etc.
