Money Laundering; Defines term "proceeds" for purposes of provisions relating to money services businesses & money laundering; revises provisions relating to criminal penalties for certain offenses; provides for aggregating transactions for purposes of determining grade of offenses; provides legislative intent for provisions relating to offenses concerning racketeering & illegal debts; provides for criminal forfeitures for violations of Florida RICO Act, etc.
