Warranty Associations; Revises prohibited acts by service agreement companies, home warranty associations, & service warranty associations; authorizes reduction in returned premium by claims paid on agreements or contracts; authorizes OIR to order specified entities to cease using specified forms; deletes requirements to file specified financial reports; makes permissible periodic department examination of specified licensees, etc.
