SB 1546: Criminal Justice [GPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Criminal Justice [GPSC]; Provides criminal penalties for certain violations of standards of conduct for public officials in addition to existing penalties. Prohibits a public servant from willfully depriving one or more individuals or the government of the right to have the public servant's duties performed honestly by committing specified acts, etc.
