GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Oelrich

Emergency Medical Services Personnel/Training/HIV [SPSC]; Deletes the requirement that any person who applies to be certified or is certified as an emergency medical technician, paramedic, or 911 emergency dispatcher must complete an educational course approved by the Department of Health regarding the human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome, etc.
