GENERAL BILL by Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sobel

Mortgage Foreclosures [SPSC]; Specifies applicability to homestead property and certain foreclosure actions. Provides procedural requirements and limitations for plaintiffs, defendants, and courts in certain foreclosure actions. Provides requirements for landlords following commencement of a foreclosure action. Provides for disclosure of the foreclosure action to prospective tenants. Authorizes a tenant to terminate the lease upon receiving notice, etc.
