Misrepresentation of Military Status [CPSC]; Prohibits a person from falsely representing himself or herself as a member of or representing the U.S. Armed Forces or the National Guard for the purpose of solicitation of charitable contributions or participation in a charitable or sponsor sales promotion. Provides criminal penalties, etc.
