Reporting Illegal or Improper Homestead Exemptions [EPSC]; Authorizes any person to report to his or her local property appraiser a possible homestead exemption violation under certain circumstances. Requires that the property appraiser pay a specified maximum reward to the reporting individual after the recovery of any back taxes or penalties by the property appraiser. Provides for the determination of the recipient of a reward if more than one resident reports a violation, etc.
