GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Altman

Advanced Clean Energy Development Tax Credit [EPSC]; Authorizes a business to receive the advanced clean energy development tax credit for a project to conduct clean energy research in development within the territory of the John F. Kennedy Space Center. Provides that only one business may receive the tax credit. Provides for Space Florida to issue an order certifying that the business is qualified to receive the tax credit, etc.
