GENERAL BILL by Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gaetz

Unemployment Compensation/Drug Testing [CPSC]; Creates the Drug Deterrence Pilot Program within the Agency for Workforce Innovation. Provides for the screening of individuals to determine which individuals must be tested. Requires the agency to supply information concerning drug treatment programs. Provides for authentication and the admissibility of drug tests in unemployment compensation hearings. Provides for expiration of the program, etc.
