Trust Administration; Limits personal representative's entitlement to payment from trust of specified estate expenses & obligations; specifies application of specified criteria in making payments from trust; specifies application of additional provisions to liability for specified estate expense & obligation payments from trust; deletes notice requirements relating to court review of trustee's employment of specified persons, etc.
