CS/HB 7083: Child Support Enforcement

GENERAL BILL by Health and Family Services Policy Council ; Health Care Services Policy Committee ; Kreegel

Child Support Enforcement; Revises provisions relating to child support payments; clarifies that income deduction payments are required to be paid to State Disbursement Unit; authorizes DOR to provide documentation of income of parent receiving public assistance to court, to collect noncovered medical expenses in installments by issuing income deduction notice to modify support orders, & to seek waiver, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
