Trust Funds/Clearing Trust Fund/DOS; Creates Clearing Funds Trust Fund within DOS; provides for sources of funds & purposes; provides for future review & termination or re-creation of trust fund; clarifies provisions requiring that election assessments be transferred to Elections Commission Trust Fund within DLA; requires that filing fees for certain offices be transferred to DLA rather than DOR for deposit into Elections Commission Trust Fund, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2010 if enacted by a 3/5ths vote of the membership of each house of the Legislature
