Child Care; Revises provisions relating to standards that child care facilities must meet to obtain & maintain Gold Seal Quality Care provider designation; requires DCFS to notify specified accrediting associations upon adoption of additional or revised Gold Seal Quality Care program standards; revises minimum age requirements & establishes minimum education standards for child care personnel; revises minimum staff credential requirements.
