CS/CS/SB 1180: Transportation
GENERAL BILL by Budget ; Transportation ; Latvala
Transportation; Provides that the Florida Statewide Passenger Rail Commission has the primary and exclusive authority to monitor certain designated functions related to passenger rail systems. Removes from the Florida Transportation Commission the responsibility and duty to monitor the efficiency, productivity, and management of all publicly funded passenger rail systems in the state, etc.
