SB 1888: Local Government Revenue Enhancement

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Local Government Revenue Enhancement; Requires the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to sell naming rights for a building, facility, or other property owned by a local government or space for commercial advertising to be displayed on a building, facility, or other property owned by a local government to a private sector business or entity pursuant to an agreement with the local government. Authorizes a county to enter into an agreement with the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development for a contract for sale for county government revenue enhancement, etc.
