SB 1966: Transportation

GENERAL BILL by Latvala

Transportation; Includes a representative of Port Citrus as a member of the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Council. Provides for minimum yellow light change interval times for traffic control devices. Prohibits the issuance of a traffic citation for certain traffic light violations unless the light meets specified requirements. Repeals provisions relating to obstruction of public streets, highways, and roads, etc.
