SB 2128: Public Employees Relations Commission
GENERAL BILL by Budget
Public Employees Relations Commission; Requires the commission to be comprised of a chair and two part-time members. Requires the chair of the commission to devote full time to commission duties and not engage in any other business, vocation, or employment while in such office. Prohibits the part-time members from engaging in any business, vocation, or employment that conflicts with their duties while in such office.
