School District Revenue Enhancement; Requires Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development to sell naming rights for public school facility or space for commercial advertising to be displayed on school buses or public school facility to private sector business or entity pursuant to agreement with district school board; provides requirements for contract for sale & remittance of contract revenues; authorizes district school board to enter into agreement with office for contract for sale for school district revenue enhancement.
