GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Siplin

Postsecondary Student Fees; Provides an exemption from payment of nonresident tuition at a state university or a Florida College System institution for a student who meets specified requirements. Requires the Board of Governors of the State University System to adopt regulations and the State Board of Education to adopt rules.
