Electronic Filing & Receipt/Court & Legal Document; Requires each state attorney & public defender to electronically file court documents with clerk of court & receive court documents from clerk of court; defines term "court documents"; requires report on progress made to use Florida Courts E-Portal system or clerks' offices portals; provides for electronic procedures for filing documents & resolving disputes in workers' compensation proceedings; requires response to petition for workers' compensation benefits to be filed electronically, etc.
