GENERAL BILL by Margolis

Ocean Lifeguards; Provides enhanced penalties for an assault or battery on an ocean lifeguard. Amends a provision relating to arrest without warrant to conform provisions. Amends and reenacts provisions relating to the offense severity ranking chart to conform. Amends provisions relating to criminal justice information to conform provisions, etc.
