Medicaid Services; Repeals sunset of provisions authorizing federal waiver for certain persons age 65 & older or who have disability & provisions authorizing specified medically needy program; eliminates limit to services placed on medically needy program for pregnant women & children younger than age 21; eliminates adult Medicaid optional coverage for chiropractic & hearing services; updates formula used for calculating reimbursements to Medicaid providers for prescribed drugs; continues requirement that AHCA set certain institutional providers reimbursement rates, etc.
