PROPOSED BILL by Budget

Transportation; Redefines the term "port" to include Port Citrus. Provides additional funds for 5 years to fund certain projects through the Florida Deepwater Seaport Program. Includes a representative of Port Citrus as a member of the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Council. Specifies that certain statutory provisions related to special matters to be considered in rule adoption do not apply to the adjustment of toll rates, etc.
