Loan Processing; Creates & revises definitions; specifies rulemaking powers of FSC; includes in-house loan processors in disciplinary provisions; provides that specified provisions do not apply to licensed contract loan processor who has on file with OFR declaration of intent to act solely as contract loan processor; provides restrictions on employment of persons acting as in-house loan processors; clarifies provisions concerning operation of mortgage brokers; revises provisions relating to disclosure of settlement charges & loan terms, etc.
