Tax Credits/Rehabilitation of Contaminated Sites; Increases the annual amount of tax credits available for the rehabilitation of contaminated sites. Increases the annual amount of tax credits available for the cleanup of sites contaminated with drycleaning solvents and the cleanup of certain brownfield sites.
