GENERAL BILL by Metz

Long-Term Care Insurance; Defines term "guaranteed renewable" for purposes of Long-Term Care Insurance Act; provides that continuation or renewal of guaranteed renewable long-term care insurance policy does not result in making of new policy or contract or incorporate certain statutory or regulatory changes into policy or contract.
