Veterinary Practice; Defines term "limited service veterinary vaccination clinic"; revises terminology; requires Board of Veterinary Medicine to establish minimum standards for limited service veterinary vaccination clinics rather than limited service veterinary medical practices; deletes provisions that limit practice privileges of out-of-state or foreign health care professionals or veterinarians who are in this state for specific sporting event.
