GENERAL BILL by Storms
Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association; Requiring that the association administer the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Plan in a manner that promotes and protects the health and best interests of children having birth-related neurological injuries; revising the membership of the board of directors of the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Plan; authorizing the Governor or the Chief Financial Officer to remove a director from office for specified reasons, etc.
