Public Records/Money Services Businesses/Office of Financial Regulation; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for information contained in the database of payment instrument transactions within the Office of Financial Regulation into which payment instrument transaction information submitted by money services business licensees is maintained; providing for specified access to such information; providing for future review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Effective Date: on the same date that SB 1586 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
