GENERAL BILL by Braynon

Public School System; Amending provisions relating to discontinuance of administration of the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT), to conform to changes made by the act; requiring that students be advised of the availability of certain courses for purposes of high school graduation; requiring that students be advised of the availability of certain courses for purposes of accelerated high school graduation options; revising the statewide student assessment program to discontinue use of the FCAT, etc.

Effective Date: except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2012
