Mobile Home and Recreational Vehicle Parks; Specifies laws & rules to be enforced by DOH; provides for adoption of rules; revises applicability of recreational vehicle park requirements to mobile home parks; revises permit requirements & terminology; provides requirements for construction review & approval for private parks & camps; requires certain construction & renovation plans to be submitted to department for review & approval; revises requirements for permit applications; revises fees charged to operators of certain parks or camps; authorizes persons to request from department review of plans for proposed park or camp; repeals provisions relating to posting & advertising of certain site rates; provides requirements for establishment of separation & setback distances for recreational vehicles; deletes provision requiring guest registers of recreational vehicle parks to be made available for inspection by department at any time; revises requirements for handling of unclaimed property left in recreational vehicle park; provides penalty for failure to depart from recreational vehicle park under certain circumstances; bars operator from certain liability.
