GENERAL BILL by Abruzzo
Airboats; Requires Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission to establish voluntary sound-testing program for airboats; allows airboats that test below specified sound level to be operated on all navigable waters of state, including waterways on which airboats are prohibited by local ordinance; requires super majority vote to enact certain ordinances regulating airboats.
