GENERAL BILL by Garcia, L.

Law Enforcement and Correctional Officers; Provides that law enforcement officer or correctional officer who is adversely impacted by failure of law enforcement or correctional agency to comply with part VI, ch. 112, F.S., may petition circuit court in county where law enforcement or correctional agency maintains its headquarters for relief to enjoin agency from violation & compel agency to perform duties imposed by part VI, ch. 112, F.S.
