GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Joyner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Stargel

Unlawful Possession of the Personal Identification Information of Another Person; Defining the term “personal identification information”; providing that it is unlawful for a person to intentionally or knowingly possess, without authorization, any personal identification information of another person; creating criminal penalties; providing that possession of identification information of multiple individuals gives rise to an inference of illegality; providing that certain specified persons are exempt from provisions regarding the unlawful possession of personal identification information of another person, etc.
