Supplier Diversity; Providing that the purpose of the act is to encourage greater economic opportunity for businesses controlled and operated by women, minorities, and disabled veterans; authorizing the Public Service Commission to require certain regulated corporations to submit a plan for increasing procurement from businesses controlled and operated by women, minorities, and disabled veterans; authorizing the commission to adopt rules to determine and verify the eligibility for participation in the procurement program, etc.
