Public Schools; Establishing the School Safety Marshal Program within the Department of Education; authorizing and requiring a school safety marshal to carry a concealed firearm on school grounds; authorizing school districts to participate in the program after following certain procedures; requiring school districts to provide notice of intent to participate in the program to employees and parents of students within the district; requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to issue an identification card to a school safety marshal, etc.
