Property and Casualty Insurance Rates, Fees, and Forms; Postponing the date that repeals the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund emergency assessment exemption for medical malpractice insurance premiums; exempting medical malpractice insurance that covers certain providers and practitioners from specified rate filing requirements; providing for an informational filing of certain forms that are exempt from the Office of Insurance Regulation’s approval process, etc.
