GENERAL BILL by Altman

Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association; Requiring the association to administer the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Plan in a manner that promotes and protects the interests of children who have birth-related neurological injuries; authorizing the Governor or the Chief Financial Officer to remove a director from office for specified reasons; providing that meetings of the board of directors are subject to public meetings requirements, etc.
